Who you would be working with
I am Ryan Oakes. I hold a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology and spent twenty years building systems and running programs inside large organizations before this.
I am not a pastor and I do not pretend to be. The theological direction stays with your leadership. My contribution is operational. More about how I got here.
